Does the price vary on the number of passengers?

The price is quoted based on travelling time and mileage, also half and full day rates are available. Weddings are a fixed rate.

Do your prices include VAT?

Our clients are both business and personal users, therefore we always quote both net and VAT inclusive. Most business clients want to know the net of VAT value because they can claim VAT expenditure if they are VAT registered.

Safety: I am a woman travelling alone, how can I be sure of my driver?

Lady drivers are available. Our drivers have undertaken a strict police criminal records check and also carry a photo ID card. If you would like extra reassurance, we inform you of the vehicle make and registration and arrange a password known only to you, us and the driver.

What if I miss my driver? e.g. I am delayed at customs or baggage handling

Your driver will go to the Information Desk, where an announcement will be made. You should also do this if you are concerned that you have missed your driver.

If my flight is delayed will the driver wait?

Yes. Flights are sometimes early or late. If the delay is excessive your driver can inform us of your amended time of arrival so we can then contact your office or family to keep them informed.

What if I cancel my booking?

We will be understanding if the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control. Business travel or social events will incur a cancellation fee, with an additional charge if the driver is on route to collect you. Wedding cancellations - deposits are non refundable.

Weddings - can you make more than one trip on the day? Example: Can the groom be taken first, then the bridesmaids and then return for the bride?

This will depend on the distance between the collection and the church. This can be discussed at the time of booking and may make a big saving on your wedding expense, by using the one vehicle for several trips.

We only ever book one wedding per day, therefore we will not be delayed in arriving and we won't abandon you if your wedding is running late. If the waiting is excessive then there may be a charge for this depending on the circumstances, this can be discussed at the time of booking.
