Terms & Conditions

• We ask that all accounts be settled within 7 days upon receipt of the invoice, except upon prior arrangement.
• Failure to pay within the specified time will result in the addition of interest at 5% above Abbey Bank Base Rate applicable on the day in question.
• We reserve the right to pass on any outstanding debt to a third party and reclaim any costs incurred by ourselves.
• Benz Business Travel and its drivers reserve the right to refuse to carry any client whom they consider a threat to the health and safety of the driver or any other passengers.
• Whilst every care is taken with guests' luggage, Benz Business Travel regrets that we can not accept responsibility for loss or damage to clients' own property.
• All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
• Benz Business Travel holds full Chauffeur Insurance and Membership with The British Chauffeurs Guild (copies available upon request).
• Bookings are accepted on the understanding that we will not be held liable for Congestion delays, traffic jams, road closures, road traffic accidents. Or any other reason beyond our control.
• Benz Business Travel reserves the right to substitute a vehicle at any time, should the need arise due to circumstances outside of our control.
